Welcome to Absolute Oceanfront Tourist Park
We are privately owned, and our park is managed by independent contract managers. To ensure that your stay and that of others is safe and enjoyable, please read and observe the following occupancy conditions.
Entry Statement
- You acknowledge that you are staying at the Absolute Oceanfront Tourist Park, for holiday purposes only.
- No illegal activities are to take place anywhere within any of the Absolute Oceanfront Tourist Park property.
- Swearing, excessive consumption of alcohol, use of illegal substances, amplified noise and antisocial/disruptive behaviour that interferes with the peace comfort and privacy of other guests in the park will result in you being required to leave and possible Police involvement.
All persons enter the Absolute Oceanfront Tourist Park at their own risk. The park accepts no liability for the theft of, or damage to guests’ possessions, including vehicles.
Identification
On check-in, please present a photo ID, driver’s license, or passport. The ID must match the name that appears on the booking. For late arrivals (after hours) please visit reception the following morning to present your ID.
Persons Under 18
Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make a reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any of these types of reservations.
Subletting of bookings
Subletting is not permitted. Accommodation and sites are provided to the booking party for the guest(s) as named on the booking.
Site Availability
- While every effort is made by our park team to accommodate preferred sites or cabins, this is not guaranteed. There may be a requirement to change the site or accommodation due to operational reasons, unscheduled maintenance etc.
- Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number, when necessary, after your booking has been made.
- You must to provide the size and dimensions details of your van/motorhome/tent etc prior to your booking confirmation. If you have provided incorrect details, we may not be able to accommodate you on the sites available at the park. In these instances, we can not offer refunds. We can only offer alternative dates or larger sites where available.
- Management will allocate sites based on the best scenario at the time. Please ensure you state the total exterior length of your van from front to back including all attachments and drawbar.
- We aim to provide you with clean, comfortable, and well-presented accommodation.
- If you have any concerns with the accommodation, please speak to reception within 1 hour of you having entered the accommodation, otherwise, it is considered that you have accepted the accommodation as being suitable.
- We require that you leave your accommodation in a reasonable state.
- Upon your departure, where excess cleaning is required or we have reason to believe a guest has smoked in accommodation, an amount of $150 will be applied to your client account. This will apply to any damage, repairs, or replacement of missing items.
- Guests can request a service (bed linen and towel change) for an additional charge. Cabins will be provided with a linen change every 7 days if booking is more than 7 days.
Large Vehicles
Please notify the park team at the time of booking if your vehicle length exceeds 5.5 meters and has a towing weight capacity of 3 tonnes.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and should be discussed with management.
Discounts
Where a guest has made a reservation under an exclusive offer or discount, no further offers or discounts will be applied to that reservation.
Cancellation /Refunds Policy
Refunds of deposits and fees paid are only available from Absolute Oceanfront Tourist Park under the following circumstances. All cancellations and booking changes must be received in writing by email or text message.

Native fauna
Be advised that native wildlife lives naturally within our Holiday Park (including but not limited to snakes, birds, possums, frogs, mice, spiders, kangaroos etc). We ask that guests refrain from feeding wildlife and ensure that food waste scraps are taken to receptacles provided, or if kept within your camping site or cabin, that they are kept in sealed containers. Feeding wildlife encourages unnaturally high populations within our Holiday Parks, which can cause a nuisance to visitors as they become less dependent on their natural foraging behaviour. To help protect our natural environment and maintain the quality of your stay, please refrain from feeding the wildlife and watch out for dangerous snakes.
No responsibility is taken by the park for acts of God involving falling wildlife droppings, or accidental spider or snake bites.
Trees
- At times, debris from trees will fall. Please be aware of this when setting up/positioning your caravan or camp.
- No responsibility is taken by the park for acts of God involving falling trees or tree debris.
- The tying of clotheslines, ropes, hammocks, or the like from trees is prohibited.
Sustainability
- Please use water and energy wisely,
- Please report leaking taps, toilets, or showers to Park Management.
- Spend less than four minutes in the shower.
- Consider readily available solar power options during your stay.
- Consider air-conditioning use when not required.
- Recycle waste whenever possible using receptacles provided.
- Minimise laundry where possible.
Rubbish
- Please wrap rubbish items securely and use the bins provided.
- Please place glass, plastics, aluminium, cardboard etc in the designated recycling units.
- No surplus items, bulky items or belongings are to be left in, or at your accommodation.
Security
While the Park Managers do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, we do recommend that visitors to the park take the precaution of securing items of value left outside their tent, caravan or cabin during the day and overnight. Your property is your responsibility. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for loss or damage.
General Rules
- Please respect others. Disturbing your neighbours and disrupting the peaceful stay of other guests may lead to you and your party being required to leave.
- Speed limits in the park grounds is strictly a walking pace (4 km per hour)
- No generators are allowed to operate.
- The peaceful enjoyment of our park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. All loud noise must cease between 10 pm and 7 am inclusive of Television and Radios. No generators allowed.
- Parents are responsible for their children’s care and behaviour. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and always supervised in the park grounds, amenities, swimming pool, camp kitchen and other common areas.
- No washing cars or other vehicles within the park grounds
- One vehicle per site.
- Cars must be parked in your nominated parking space.
- No emptying of caravan toilet waste on-site or in the amenity’s facilities. Please use the dump point indicated on the park map. A $200 fee will be charged to your credit card if you disregard this request.
- No smoking or burning incense inside cabins or within 4 metres of the entrance of any park facilities such as common areas, Amenities buildings, playgrounds, and other structures.
- All guests (including children) staying overnight must be registered on the booking.
- Any people staying in your accommodation, or at your site, other than those listed on your booking, will attract additional charges.
- Visitors’ cars must be parked outside the park.
- Fires or naked flames are not permitted within the grounds of the park.
Common Areas
- Please keep the BBQ area and other common-use facilities clean and tidy, and check they are suitable for the next guest after your use.
- Modest consumption of alcohol in common areas of the park is allowed. Excessive consumption of alcohol and drunken behaviour is unacceptable and may result in you being asked to leave.
- Playing, games, bike riding etc, at the park entrance is prohibited.
- Bikes, Scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and other similar devices are not to be used in or around the amenities and swimming pool area.
- No responsibility or liability will be taken by Absolute Oceanfront Tourist Park should any injury arise from a person operating any personal recreational or mobility devices within the park.
Scooters and Bikes
Scooters and Bikes are permitted to be ridden in the park in accordance with normal road rules. This requires the wearing of a helmet, adhering to speed limits and only during daylight hours.
Swimming Pool
- The Pool is restricted to registered only for guests and visitors of Absolute Oceanfront Tourist Park.
- Please refer to the Pool hours signed at the pool area
- No running, dive bombing, pushing or ball games in the pool area.
- No glass or alcohol is permitted in or around the pool.
- No foodstuffs are to be taken into the pool area.
Breach of Rules, Terms and Conditions
- Failing to comply with these terms and conditions will be viewed as a break of the accommodation contract and may result in you being required to leave the park.
- Being required to leave the park will mean you forfeit all money previously paid for the booking period. To be clear, there will be no refund of monies paid for any forward remaining nights of accommodation.
- In the case of eviction or abandonment, the authority’s agent or park manager has the authority to remove from the park, any items left behind by post stipulated time of eviction. While all care will be taken, the managers will take no responsibility for any damage or loss.

We collect information both in person at our Parks or via internet booking engines (including www.booking.com) and online travel agents, to allow you to make a reservation at one of our Parks.
The information we collect to do this includes:
- Name
- Address
- Contact details
- details of your stay with us (arrival and departure time, and number of other guests).
- Vehicle including registration number and the make, model
- Dimensions of any caravans or trailers that are the subject of your reservation.
The only transactional information we collect at booking is confirmation of payment or balance owing.
